Early Life and High School

 Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Conwell attended Jacksonville High School in Jacksonville, Texas, where he honed his basketball skills in the competitive Texas high school scene. His time at Jacksonville laid the foundation for his athletic career, showcasing his potential as a dominant interior presence.

 College Career

 From 2002 to 2004, Conwell played at Hill Junior College in Hillsboro, Texas. During his two seasons with the Rebels, he developed his game, contributing as a center in the NJCAA program. His junior college experience provided valuable exposure and growth, preparing him for the next steps in his basketball journey.

 Professional Career

 Conwell has been a cornerstone of the Texas Seraphim, an ABA team based in San Antonio, Texas, since its inception under head coach Adam Salyer in 2016. Wearing jersey number 30, he continues to play as a center in the ABA's Southwest Division as of 2025. His long-term commitment to the Seraphim, spanning from the team's founding through the 2025-2026 season and beyond, highlights his loyalty and importance to the organization.
