Biography

Marlon Williams is a 6’3 195 lb combo guard from Laredo, Texas, who graduated in 2017. He played at United High School where he was the 2017 District MVP, and help led the Longhorns to their first ever Elite Eight appearance in 2016. 

After he completed his senior season in 2017, he committed to play at the division 1 level at the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley. He developed leadership skills and a determined work ethic from his journey there. He attended UTRGV for 2 years and decided to transfer to Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. 

At his time at OLLU he took on the veteran role and helped his team succeed when they needed it most. He was relentless and reliable as a defender and playmaker. As a senior, Marlon had his best game of his college career on senior night and the last home game of the season, where he started and played 30 minutes and scored 21 points in a memorable night for the Saints.
